Get to know them
Ages: 6 weeks - 12 months
A calm, predictable room and responsive caregivers help your baby feel secure from the very first day. We follow your home routines for feeding and sleep, and we keep communication open so every handoff feels easy. Gentle sensory play, soft songs, and one-to-one attention nurture early language, motor skills, and trust. The pace is never rushed; your baby’s cues guide us. Healthy meals and bottles are coordinated with you, and daily notes keep you close to their day.
Ages: 12 months - 24 months
Early Head Start at Cri Cri centers the first three years on relationships that feel safe and learning that feels natural. In a warm, well-organized classroom, teachers support social-emotional growth, language and early literacy, cognition, physical development, and approaches to learning—with individual goals that honor each child’s pace. You’ll have regular check-ins about progress and practical ideas for home, so school readiness grows through everyday moments. Consistency matters here: familiar faces, clear routines, and a steady rhythm that makes little milestones add up.
Ages: 24 months - 36 months
Toddlers thrive when boundaries are kind and play is meaningful. Our teachers model simple problem-solving, expand vocabulary through stories and conversation, and weave movement, music, and outdoor time into a day that feels smooth. Children practice self-help skills, try new materials, and learn to name big feelings with support. The room is rich in language and gently structured so curiosity can lead the way. Families get quick, clear updates that show real growth without overwhelming the routine.
Ages: 3 - 4 year olds
This is a confident year of firsts. Three-year-olds grow into classroom routines that soothe and focus, while teachers encourage clear communication, independence, and joyful persistence. Pre-reading and pre-writing habits develop through songs, stories, and hands-on materials; early math emerges in sorting, counting, and noticing patterns. We meet each child where they are and gently stretch them forward. Eligible families may access state-funded options during the school year; we’ll guide you through what applies to your campus.
Ages: 4 - 5 year olds
Preschool at Cri Cri brings purpose to play. Children rotate through inviting centers—literacy, math, science, art, dramatic play—where questions spark investigation and teachers scaffold the next step. Social-emotional skills are practiced all day: taking turns, cooperating, and building self-control in a calm, caring environment. Fine-motor readiness for writing, early number sense, and rich language come to life through projects they can’t wait to tell you about. You’ll see visible progress and hear the “why” behind what we do, so kindergarten readiness feels natural, not pressured.
Ages: 3 - 5 year olds
In our mixed-age Pre-K, older peers inspire and younger peers keep wonder alive. Teachers design experiences where modeling, collaboration, and conversation deepen learning for everyone. Children practice multi-step directions, build stamina for focused work, and grow the language to explain their thinking. Early literacy and math are embedded across the day, and leadership blooms in small-group projects. It’s a thoughtful bridge to kindergarten that balances warmth with readiness. State-funded seats may be available at participating campuses; ask us about current openings.
Ages: 5 - 13 years
